Reverse Clock Entertainment’s premiere of its flagship vertical drama Game of Choice on October 31 marked a historic night for short-form drama. Hosted at the world-famous Harmony Gold Theater on Sunset Boulevard, the evening opened with a lively red carpet before guests filled the theater for the first public screening of the series. Following the film, the cast and creative team participated in an on-stage Q&A session, which provided insight into the making of what many described as “a landmark in short-form narrative innovation.” The event drew more than 200 guests, including acclaimed directors, producers, and actors from across the film and digital entertainment world. The night became a defining milestone not just for the studio but for the vertical format as a whole.

As the largest-scale vertical-format drama ever produced in North America, Game of Choice captivated audiences with its cinematic scope, psychological intensity, and innovative storytelling built entirely for mobile screens. The production received widespread praise from attending filmmakers and industry professionals, who commended its direction, visual ambition, and emotional depth. Many called the premiere “a turning point for vertical filmmaking,” recognizing it as a significant step toward elevating vertical content to a cinematic standard.
The event also marked the first-ever official premiere dedicated to a vertical short series. “It is our honor to host the first premiere for vertical shorts,” said the Reverse Clock Entertainment team. “Seeing an entire theater filled with filmmakers, producers, and fans come together for a vertical-format project was beyond what we imagined. It proved that this medium has truly arrived.”
“Receiving such recognition from respected professionals across the film and digital space is incredibly meaningful,” the team added. “This premiere was more than a screening—it was a statement of how far the vertical short industry has come.”

With over 50 projects produced since 2022 and collaborations with major digital and streaming platforms, Reverse Clock Entertainment continues to pioneer cinematic storytelling for the vertical era. The success of the Game of Choice premiere not only set a new precedent for the industry but also affirmed the studio’s vision: that vertical filmmaking can be as powerful, emotional, and artistically resonant as any traditional form of cinema.
